The Transition Project works with those 17 – 25 to:

• Raise awareness
• Support with training/employment
• Support with appointments – sexual health, beacon etc
• Raise concerns with police – intel
• Support with police investigation (ISVA Role)
• Housing issues – homelessness, abandonment notices, arears etc
• Telephone support
• Support is tailor made to each client
